White Throated Kingfisher

Although a fisherman it has adapted itself perfectly well to eat another beings like insects, lizards, frogs, and whatnot. It is one of the most photographed kingfishers. Photographed in the fields of peer muchalla village.

I rose to the rank of DGM at the time of retirement in 2013 after working for 35 years. During my stint I worked in analytical chemistry labs, Oil Rigs drilling and Production.
