Common Buzzard

It is a bird of prey. Mostly found in Europe, it migrates in winter to Africa. So it is very rare in these parts. Found this luckily in the forest near my house.

My name is Ranjit Singh. I was born in 1953. I did my M.Sc. in Chemistry from Panjab University in 1975. I joined India's Premier E&P Industry called ONGC in 1978. I rose to the rank of DGM at the time of retirement in 2013 after working for 35 years. During my stint I worked in analytical chemistry labs, Oil Rigs drilling and Production.
